Lead and support People Technology projects from planning through execution, aligning scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, communication plans, and status reports for multiple concurrent initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver People Technology programs on time
Manage bi-annual system releases by evaluating functionality, tracking enhancements, and presenting recommendations and business impacts
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancements to employee and manager experiences
Support organizational change management for People systems and process changes, including communications, training, and adoption strategies




Coordinate and execute communication and training efforts, including leadership forums, newsletters, knowledge articles, guides, and training materials
Partner with People, Finance, and Workday support teams to develop and execute sponsorship, communication, training, and resistance management plans
Measure and evaluate communication, training, and adoption activities to identify improvement opportunities
Organize and facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through across stakeholders and workstreams
Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, elevate concerns, and help drive mitigation plans
Maintain accurate, organized, and accessible project documentation, process documentation, and knowledge resources
Work independently on moderately complex initiatives, exercising judgment and adapting established approaches to solve problems
Build working relationships across teams and contribute to Scopely’s collaborativ
