Job Responsibilities:

Disassemble, repair and reassemble vehicles that have been in accidents.
Fabricate body parts and brackets out of aluminum and steel.
Work with the body/paint technician to bring the vehicle to like new condition.
Assist management in estimating damages and writing the accident quote.
Required to comply with all occupational safety and health standards, rules, and orders applicable to their actions and conduct.
The role demands consistent, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE),



proactive reporting of workplace hazards, and total adherence to safety protocols to maintain a zero-injury environment.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned that are consistent with the nature and level of the position.
Required Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
3 years in welding/fabrication in the fabrication and body welding or automotive/truck repair business.
Proficient in aluminum and steel sheet and structural welding.
Ability to use a plasma cutter and acetylene/oxygen torches.
Ability to use welding procedures for different types of aluminum and steel.
Limited electrical knowledge needed.
Ability to work under limited supervision.
Must be able to speak, read, and comprehend English to the extent that they can perform the contract requirements and comply with installation emergency procedures.
Must be in possession of a valid passport and able to travel internationally.
