Safran in Granada, Spain, is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to join our general team. You will work on our RF timing and PNT devices, troubleshoot across Linux and Windows environments, and reproduce issues in our laboratory to help customers resolve them.
Ideal candidates have an engineering degree, strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and at least two years in customer support. Occasional international travel and a collaborative, proactive mindset are expected.
