Purpose of the function: Act as a senior technical expert in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing, supporting operational excellence initiatives across the site. Partner with production, quality, maintenance and engineering teams to optimize processes, improve performance, standardize best practices, and sustain operational improvements through data-driven decision-making and KPI monitoring.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Identify, analyze and implement continuous improvement opportunities using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, root cause analysis (5 Why, A3), PFMEA, control plans and Kaizen events. Support manufacturing teams in eliminating process inefficiencies, non-value-added activities, Muda, Muri and Mu
