Production Engineering Manager , you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing our manufacturing strategy across multiple production sites worldwide. Working closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams, you will lead initiatives that enhance manufacturing performance, improve product industrialization, and support the delivery of innovative energy solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing standardized manufacturing processes, advancing automation and digitalization initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across our general manufacturing footprint. You will act as a key interface between R&D; and Manufacturing, helping to translate innovative designs into efficient, scalable, and cost-effective production processes.
