Culinary: Steward¿
Locations: Spain: Estepona
Duration: 7 months, between March-November
At Sani/Ikos Group, the Culinary department is where creativity meets craftsmanship. From passionate Chefs to dedicated Cooks, our team members craft culinary masterpieces with meticulous attention to recipes and guidelines.
Whether preparing dishes for our buffet or à la carte restaurants, pride is taken in delivering menus crafted by Michelin-starred chefs.
Responsibilities:
Cleaning & Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
Dishwashing: Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper cleaning, drying, and storage of dishes, cutlery, and glassware.
Support to Kitchen Team: Assist chefs and cooks by ensuring timely supply of clean tools and equipment.
Waste Management: Handle garbage disposal, recycling, and cleaning of waste bins in compliance with hygiene standards.
Inventory Assistance: Support in receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring proper stock rotation.
Compliance:



Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies as per hotel standards.
About you
You have previous experience in stewarding or a similar role, ideally within luxury hotels or resort environments. You possess basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, kitchen equipment, and hygiene practices, ensuring safe and efficient operations. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling physically demanding tasks with efficiency and care. You are a reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail, contributing to a clean, organized, and well-maintained kitchen environment.
