Talent Acquisition Intern

What We’re Looking For
•

Fluent French + Spanish + English — all three languages are mandatory
• Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field
• Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition and people
• Proactive, curious and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and comfortable managing different priorities simultaneously




• Business-oriented mindset and interest in understanding our clients' needs
• Experience or interest in Generative AI tools is a plus
• Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate

What You’ll Be Doing
Working closely with our Account Managers and Recruitment Consultants, you’ll progressively take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle:
•

Source and approach candidates

through LinkedIn, job boards, our CRM and professional networks
•

Conduct screening interviews

and assess candidate fit
• Understand and qualify

recruitment needs

alongside our Account Managers
•

Manage candidate relationships

and ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process
• Build and maintain your own

talent pipeline and professional network
• Create and optimize

job advertisements

to attract the right talent
• Coordinate recruitment processes and ensure

smooth and timely follow-up
• Bring your
