Hanbai is partnering with an established, award-winning real estate group to find the Regional Sales Manager who will lead its next growth chapter in Costa del Sol — building the operation from the ground up. The business already has

8 offices, 40+ employees and close to 700 property sales expected this year

across its existing markets. Costa del Sol is the next strategic expansion.
And this is not a typical Regional Manager role. There is no established local team waiting for you.
You’ll be the

first senior hire in the region , combining strategy with hands‑on commercial execution: understanding the market, helping select the first office location, building the property portfolio, winning listings, working with sellers and buyers, and generating the first sales.
Once the market gains traction, you’ll build the team around you and progressively step into a

General Manager role , with ownership of the regional operation, people, growth and P&L.;
What you’ll own

Build the initial





Costa del Sol property portfolio and commercial pipeline .
Generate and attend valuations and win new listings.
Manage buyers, viewings, negotiations and sales.
Develop relationships with property owners, developers, agents and local partners.
Assess the market and help determine the

first office location .
Support the regional launch and local marketing strategy.
Recruit and develop the first local hires.
Turn initial commercial traction into a scalable regional operation.
You’ll probably thrive here if…

You already know the

Costa del Sol residential real estate market

and can bring genuine commercial credibility to it.
You have personally won listings, conducted valuations, managed buyers and negotiated property sales — and you’re still comfortable doing it yourself.
You’re also someone who:
Thinks commercially and acts entrepreneurially.
Can create opportunities without waiting for an established pipeline.
