" Core Responsibilities
Project Planning and Coordination:
Integrated Scheduling: Develop and maintain master PERT/CPM schedules, S‑Curves, manpower and equipment plans, consolidating the work programs of several Site Engineers.
Resource Management: Allocate labor, plant, and materials across multiple zones, adjusting priorities to keep the critical path on track and avoid bottlenecks.
Budget Oversight: Monitor cost performance, initiate value‑engineering measures, and flag potential overruns for early corrective action.
Technical Leadership and Compliance:
Engineering Assurance: Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals to guarantee conformance with design intent and industry standards.
Quality and Safety Integration: Embed QA/QC and HSE requirements into daily work plans, resolving field issues swiftly and closing out non‑conformities.
Site Supervision and Problem‑Solving:
Multi‑Site Oversight: Provide daily guidance to Site Engineers, conduct joint walkthroughs, and ensure consistent execution practices across all work fronts.
Technical Troubleshooting: Identify design discrepancies or constructability problems, propose solutions, and secure approvals as required.
Communication and Reporting:
Stakeholder Interface: Serve as the primary site liaison with clients, designers, and subcontractors, facilitating technical meetings and progress reviews.
Progress Reporting: Consolidate daily logs and issue comprehensive weekly and monthly reports summarizing schedule, cost, quality, and risk status.
Leadership and Team Development:
Team Mentorship: Coach Site Engineers on best practices, delegate responsibilities effectively, and foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.
Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned, implement process enhancements, and promote a culture of innovation and professional growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PRC license preferred.
