About You
In one of our supply chain roles,you’llfocus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre. Job responsibilities include:
Own the sourcing strategy and execution for ocean freight and international transportation services at global level
Lead supplier negotiations, contracting and commercial terms to deliver cost, cash and supply-continuity targets
Build category cost models, market intelligence and should-cost analysis to inform sourcing decisions
Manage supplier relationships and performance (scorecards, business reviews, risk mitigation)
Negotiate global carrier contracts, rates and capacity commitments; run annual/seasonal tender cycles
Monitor freight-market dynamics and manage cost and capacity risk with supply chain and finance
To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications/ experience:
Preferably 8+ years of strategic sourcing / category management experience
Ocean freight / international logistics category experience; strong knowledge of carrier markets and rate structures
Strong negotiation, analytical and cost-modelling skills; contract management experience
Ability to work in a general matrix organization; fluent English
