Azure Databricks Solution Architect
Location: Brussels, Belgium

The Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Azure Databricks Solution Architect to design, prototype and industrialise modern data and AI solutions for an international organisation based in Brussels.




The successful candidate will combine strong architectural skills with practical engineering experience, working across Lakehouse platforms, real-time data and MLOps.

Key Responsibilities:
Design scalable and secure Azure Databricks Lakehouse architectures.
Develop prototypes and proofs of concept using PySpark, Python and SQL.
Design batch and streaming pipelines with Delta Lake, Structured Streaming, Kafka and/or Azure Event Hubs.
Define data governance, security and lineage using Unity Catalog.
Design MLOps processes using MLflow, model lifecycle management and model serving.
Establish CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code practices using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions and/or Terraform.
Produce architecture documentation and lead technical workshops and reviews.
Support the transition from prototype to production-ready solution.

Strong professional experience with Azure Databricks and Azure data platforms.
