Company Description
Artesà del Temps is a boutique wine project created by two engineer siblings driven by their passion for wine and its romantic culture. The company focuses on Catalan wines, highlighting the uniqueness of Catalonia, a small territory with 12 distinct wine regions whose quality has grown significantly in recent years. Artesà del Temps produces limited, carefully crafted batches positioned in venues that treat wine with the same dedication with which it is made. Each wine is designed with two core principles: exceptional quality and a strong sense of territorial identity that reflects its origin and transports the consumer with every glass.

Role Description
The Salesperson role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Barcelona Metropolitan Area. This role involves presenting and selling Artesà del Temps wines to restaurants, specialty shops, distributors, and direct customers, building strong relationships and expanding market presence. Day-to-day tasks include visiting clients, conducting tastings,



explaining the story and characteristics of each wine, and negotiating pricing and terms in line with brand positioning. The Salesperson will monitor sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM or similar tools, and collaborate with the founders on sales strategies and promotional initiatives. The role also includes attending local events, fairs, and industry gatherings to represent the brand and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Knowledge of wine, especially Catalan regions and terroir, with the ability to communicate technical and sensory aspects clearly.
- Customer service and communication skills, including active listening and tailored presentations to different audiences.
- Organizational and time management skills to plan routes, prioritize accounts, and keep accurate sales records.
