We are hiring on behalf of an Ecuadorian rose farm that is entering in the Spanish market. They need someone who already has experience with selling sells fresh cut flowers and has their own book of buyers.

This is a commercial mandate, not a desk job. You will be quoting stems by the box, arguing about grading and stem length, chasing a shipment that landed warm, and building standing weekly orders with wholesalers and florist chains.

What you would do
Open new accounts among Spanish importers, wholesalers, florist chains and event florists
Build repeat weekly programmes rather than one-off sales
Agree volumes, varieties, grades and prices directly with the farm's commercial team in Ecuador
What you need to have
At least one year selling fresh cut flowers — roses, and ideally imported ones. Not potted plants, not artificial, not retail floristry.
Your own contacts among Spanish flower buyers.
Working knowledge of how imported flowers actually move: cold chain, airfreight timing, box counts, grading conventions.
English or Spanish at a cualificado level




Able to invoice as an independent commercial agent (autónomo).

You are looking for a salaried position. This is a a position paid mainly on commission.
You are not currently in Europe.
