As our Director, Growth Marketing, you will drive commercial growth across the Work & EDU revenue pod - covering individual business users, teams, organisations, and K-12 & Higher education schools and campuses. You will set the vision for how the pod operates, ensure every funnel stage is covered and coordinated, and act as the primary commercial voice for this segment within the CX leadership team. Responsibilities
Drive initiatives to meet revenue targets across the Work & EDU pod, translating company-level commercial goals into clear pod-level objectives Set and drive the full-funnel strategy for the segment - acquisition, conversion, online revenue, adoption, expansion, and retention - ensuring the pod is aligned and moving fast Lead and develop the pod team - Acquisition, Conversion & In-platform, Lifecycle & Activation/Expansion, Enterprise/EDU Growth, and Partner/Community - building a culture of ownership, experimentation,
and data-driven decision-making Own and orchestrate GTM coordination across all pod roles, ensuring campaigns, product launches, and lifecycle moments are well-timed and joined up, and that all activity covers both web and mobile platforms Act as the senior connector between the pod and the broader CX org - Brand, MRK Ops/AI Hub, Events, and Localisation - to ensure coherent execution without slowing the pod down Work closely with Sales, Product, and the Solutions team to ensure pod activity is aligned with product releases, enterprise growth initiatives, and commercial priorities Set the KPI framework for the pod and maintain a clear, real-time view of funnel performance - proactively identifying where the pod needs to shift focus or approach Drive enterprise and EDU pipeline growth through lead generation, nurture, ABM, and account-based campaigns, in close partnership with the Enterprise/EDU Growth and Partner/Community roles
