The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Multinational Service Specialist. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our Madrid office.

Your New Role
As a Multinational Service Specialist, you’ll support the delivery of complex and compliant multinational insurance programmes throughout their full lifecycle - from quote and bind to policy servicing and cashflow management.
You’ll work closely with Producing Office Underwriters and a wide range of internal teams including Credit Control, Claims, Compliance, and our Integral Network. You’ll also liaise with local offices, brokers, and clients to ensure programmes run smoothly and meet all regulatory requirements.
