Production to ensure high quality and the efficient publishing of articles accepted in peer review.
Key Responsibilities

Overseeing the entire production process, ensuring that each article is meticulously formatted according to our style guidelines, formats, and policies.
Reviewing the final versions of papers to ensure that they meet our requirements for publication.
Providing ongoing and continuous feedback to typesetters, where necessary, to improve typesetting processes through thorough root cause analysis.
Engaging with authors to find solutions to their needs and requests while ensuring publisher policies, industry best practice, and technical requirements are adhered to.
Publishing articles online and in repositories, ensuring their discoverability.
Working towards their individual KPIs, with their managers, to support continuous professional development.
