We’re Hiring: Carrier Sourcing & Relations Specialist - Freight Brokerage
Cartagena, Colombia
We’re looking for a proactive professional to source, recruit, onboard, and build strong relationships with carriers across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit carriers across U.S. markets
Manage carrier onboarding, compliance, insurance, and documentation
Build a nd maintain a reliable carrier network
Negotia te competitive carrier rates
Manage booked loads from assignment through completion
Review paperwork, accessorials, and billing
Develop long-term carrier partnerships to increase capacity and coverage
Requirements:
Experience in freight brokerage, carrier sales, sourcing, or procurement
Knowledge of DAT, Highway, FMCSA, and carrier onboarding
Drayage experience highly prefer
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
Proactive, self-starter mindset
