Who we are

Quadpack is a general manufacturer and provider of packaging solutions for beauty brand owners. With offices in Europe, Asia, USA and Australia and a strategic network of manufacturing partners and a culture integrated with more than 25 different nationalities.
Quadpack Foundation was established in 2016 out of a desire to give back to the communities that have given Quadpack a home. Our goals are to foster environmental sustainability through positive-impact projects, focus on education and sustainability, helping with the social and professional integration of people in situations of exclusion, and involve other stakeholders in the development of our programs and projects, spreading a positive multiplier effect.




The mission of this role

The role involves managing and coordinating the foundation’s initiatives aimed at promoting and developing the Orion Project, ensuring alignment with its vision and strategic objectives. This position is offered as a fixed-term contract for a duration of twelve months.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the company engagement strategyfor Project Orion, driving the acquisition of new corporate partners and expanding a strong, purpose-driven employer network committed to inclusive hiring.
Identify, approach, and onboard companies aligned with the mission of Project Orion, clearly communicating its value proposition and creating long-term, meaningful partnerships.
Build and manage a vibrant community of partner companies, fostering ongoing engagement, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration around inclusive talent development.
Act as the main point of contact for corporate partners within
