As part of this exciting expansion, we're seeking a motivated sales development representative (SDR) to join our growth team. We need self-starters who enjoy both technology and working with people. As our team is growing fast, we need individuals with a "whatever it takes" mindset and a strong sense of urgency.

As a sales development representative, you will drive Papaya's future growth by prospecting and identifying new customers. You will work hand-in-hand with our account executive team to generate leads and build Papaya's pipelines. The role has tremendous near-term growth potential into senior sales and team leadership roles,



allowing you to not only kick-start your sales career at Papaya; but also grow and develop with an organization in hyper-growth mode.

This role is hybrid in Barcelona (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)

You will
- Uncover new opportunities by proactively reaching out to prospects, ranging from hyper-growth startups to Fortune 500 enterprises.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders within a prospective account through outbound cold calling and build relationships within those accounts to uncover needs through effective questioning, ensuring qualification of interest and readiness for meeting.
- Generate meetings by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and offer our solutions to potential customers.
- Work directly with marketing to discover opportunities from leads and set appointments from those leads.
