? We’re hiring | Wine Sales – Barcelona / Madrid
At Massal Selection, we’re continuing to grow and are looking for a new person to join our team and help develop our presence in Barcelona and/or Madrid.
We’re not simply looking for a traditional sales profile. We’re looking for someone who comes from the wine world — someone who knows the industry, enjoys talking about wines and producers and, above all, knows how to share that enthusiasm with clients.
Someone with good judgement, curiosity and the ability to build long-term commercial relationships.
What will you be doing?
• Developing and managing our client portfolio in Barcelona and/or Madrid.
• Opening new accounts with restaurants, hotels, wine bars and specialised wine shops.
• Presenting our portfolio and communicating the philosophy and work behind the producers we represent.
• Visiting and maintaining regular contact with our clients.
• Accompanying our producers on sales visits.
• Organising and taking part in tastings, presentations and events.
• Identifying new projects,



venues and opportunities to continue growing Massal in your area.
Who are we looking for?
? Professional experience in the wine industry is essential. We’re looking for someone who knows wine and understands the industry; you don’t need to come from a purely sales-focused background. If you bring the right attitude, we can teach you the rest.
? A solid knowledge of wine and the curiosity to keep learning, discovering producers and exploring different regions and styles.
? A natural ability to connect with people, communicate well and build trust with clients.
? A high level of English is essential.
? Good knowledge of the food and wine scene in Barcelona or Madrid.
