? Lead Product Manager (Freelance) | Lyon - Barcelona | 4 to 6 months | Hybrid

A fast-growing international company and leader in its market is looking for a Freelance Lead Product Manager based in Lyon OR Barcelona.

Operating across several European countries and experiencing strong growth, the company develops innovative digital products serving several hundred thousand users.

? Your Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and build the roadmap in line with the company’s strategy.
- Prioritize initiatives and new features based on user feedback, data and business priorities.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle, from conception through to production.
- Work closely with Tech, Design, Data, Marketing and Business teams.
- Support, mentor and develop the Product Managers / Product Owners within the team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.

✅ Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Lead Product Manager or Senior Product Manager.
- Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, including processes,



rules engines and regulatory requirements.
- Strong command of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to operate effectively in complex environments.
- Strong leadership, autonomy, team spirit and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent English is essential (full professional proficiency) to work effectively in an international environment.
