Overview:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, as a Communication Manager you will create, implement, and oversee external communication programs that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products.
you will work to propel the brand's image through consistent messaging and strategy; coordinate other members of the marketing department, such as Product Managers and Business Developers,
ensuring that marketing and communication initiatives accurately represent the brand and products.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies that drive products sales, build customer loyalty, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction and monitor their success
- Define key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a campaign's level of success
- Oversee all external communications of the company and products, ensuring its message is consistent and engaging
- Create style guides and brand voice outlines for marketing, advertising, sales
- Share, guide, and make participants the rest of the marketing team on the communication strategy and guidelines
- Monitore current trends in digital media/social media
