Responsibilities:
- Support Agile processes
- Facilitate team in becoming more productive
- Assist POs with a backlog
- Train team how to work in self-managed teams
- Work in Jira (dashboards, structures, board creation, etc.)
- Collect metrics and report regularly
Skills:
Must have
- Experience with SDLC, ideally Software Development or Testing background
- Experience in Atlassian Jira and Confluence usage for Agile projects is necessary
- SCRUM Master should have experience in Agile implementation within established organization, be able to effectively work with people resistance and change people mindset.
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills
- Able to feel the mood even within a virtual team
