Job description
- Operational Logistics Dispatcher (On-site Spain | Tauste (Zaragoza))
- Logistics hub / control tower role stabilizing disrupted inbound from Morocco
- Outbound supply to receiving plants
- Start on site no later than 09.02.2026
- Establish full shipment transparency (ready / in-transit / delayed / blocked)
- Control transport execution daily to ensure sufficient quantities reach plants
- Stop firefighting via rigorous daily dispatch control and escalation
- Hub dispatch control (daily, per part number)
- Align inbound status with outbound priorities to plants
- Enforce no under-shipment discipline vs. daily demand
- End-to-end shipment tracking & visibility
- Maintain real-time status for all shipments and lanes
- React immediately to deviations (customs, delays, missing docs, re-booking, re-routing)
- Carrier & expediting management
- Coordinate with transport providers and freight forwarders
- Secure capacity, expedite priority shipments, manage cut-offs and handovers
- Backlog & priority control
- Track backlog by part number, plant and urgency
- Identify critical parts and constraints (lane disruption, capacity, documentation)
- Execute backlog reduction plan and prevent recurrence
- Daily execution reporting
- Daily operational updates (quantities, ETAs, risks, countermeasures)
- Escalate early with clear facts and decisions needed
- Morocco dispatcher (shipment readiness and release)
- Hub operations (receiving, cross-dock, staging, outbound)
- Carriers / forwarders / customs brokers
- Receiving plant logistics stakeholders
- Strong operational hub/transport dispatching background in OEM–Tier-1 supply chains
- Comfortable in unstable transport situations and short lead-time environments
- Highly structured tracking, prioritization and escalation discipline
- Fully on-site availability;
