Customer Support fluent in Italian and English

Location: Valencia Spain

We want you to be a part of our team. We incorporate telemarketers to assist electric car users at the refueling points of an important company in the renewable energy sector. Customer service will be in Italian and communication within the service is in English.
- Address and resolve inbound customer support inquiries, in a timely manner
- Handling inbound calls from customers on a variety of service and product concerns or inquiries
- Handling customer complaints in an efficient and effective manner, completing a full investigation when required

Requirements:
- Professional customer service skills: solutions mindset, helping nature, passion for the customer, and customer experience
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Fluent in Italian and C1 in English:
- Salary 19.000€ gross per year:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday/Sunday, rotation shift (38h per week)

Salary: 18,000.00€ - 19,000.00€ per year
