Job Description

Account Management & Growth: Own the sales performance and overall relationship for a portfolio of strategic sellers. Convince relevant retailers and distributors to deepen their cooperation with Alibaba in a win-win partnership. Negotiate commercial terms, promote relevant local selection, secure price advantages, and ensure business goals are achieved.
Strategic Guidance: Act as a trusted advisor and the point of contact for key accounts. Prioritize seller growth initiatives based on market opportunity, product mix, and competitive landscape.



Understand the key distributors and brands in the Spanish health and wellness industry.
Assortment & Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with sellers to analyze user demand and optimize their product assortment. Guide key accounts in developing an annual promotion rhythm according to product seasonality (e.g., allergy products in spring, vitamins in winter) and lifecycles to maximize sales.
Seller Operations Enablement: Provide expert guidance to key sellers on Alibaba platform operations, effective use of marketing tools, advertising solutions, and service metrics. Help them understand marketplace dynamics and improve their content and operational performance.
Business Opportunity Development: Systematically identify and implement new business opportunities with sellers, leveraging data and market insights. Understand the margin chain, pricing, regulatory aspects, and trends within the health sector.
