DESCRIPTION:
Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Inside Sales Representative and be part of our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. In this role, you'll generate sales growth through virtual and digital channels while building strong relationships with customers across academic, biotech, pharma, clinical and industrial markets. You'll promote and sell our comprehensive portfolio of scientific products and services,



using consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and provide optimal solutions. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage customer relationships through our CRM system, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets. Location:Office based role in Alcobendas, Madrid

Key responsibilities:
- Take ownership of your territory. You plan activities to increase your customers awareness, project and measure your territories progress and be accountable for the results. You are the CEO of your territory
- Connect with customers and key distributors proactively to consult them on our products and create business leads in your market territory. Convert your leads into sales to achieve or exceed the assigned territory sales plan
