About the role:
As the Experience Lead, you will report to the Tribe Lead (Director)



and be a critical enabler of seamless collaboration between Platform squads and the internal user community.

Your primary focus will be to ensure smooth transitions for deliverables into the internal developer user community while enhancing the overall developer experience (DX). Acting as the primary bridge between Platform squads and the Developer community, you will ensure smooth feature transitions, promote user adoption of automation, and champion positive change management. Your focus will be on enabling a user-centric approach, driving adoption metrics, and creating strategies to enhance the overall experience of internal developers and stakeholders.

Because this role operates across multiple European countries, we expect this person to be multilingual. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in one or more additional European languages (such as French, Dutch, German, Spanish, or Italian) is highly desirable.
