PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Assistant Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Manager in the comprehensive management of the boutique, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, the delivery of exceptional customer service,



and the correct implementation of Montblanc brand strategies.

This role is essential to fostering a positive and productive work environment and to ensuring the boutique operates efficiently and profitably, in alignment with the Maison’s standards.:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Management:
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding the boutique’s established sales targets.:
- Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.:
- Analyze sales reports and provide constructive feedback to the team.:
Customer Service:
- Ensure every customer receives personalized attention and exceptional service, in line with brand standards.:
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and inquiries efficiently and professionally.:
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients, fostering brand loyalty.:
Team Management:
- Support the training and continuous development of the sales team.:
