About The Role
As

Sales Operations Specialist , you will play a key role in

supporting the sales process

by ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of orders and customer inquiries. This position involves

daily order booking, margin control, and the preparation of offers based on predefined criteria . The specialist monitors backlog reports, delivery blocks, and ETA requests, while also managing complaints in

collaboration with European internal sales and after-sales teams .

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily booking of orders as well as the efficient and professional processing of all internal and external inquiries in our ticket system
