Key Responsibilities

Review, assess, and moderate user-generated content published on social media platforms in Spanish, ensuring full compliance with community guidelines and platform policies.

Identify and action harmful, misleading, abusive, or policy-violating content, including hate speech,



misinformation, graphic material, and spam, with accuracy and sound judgement.

Escalate complex or high-priority content moderation cases to senior teams or specialised departments in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain detailed records of moderation decisions, actions taken, and case outcomes using internal content management systems.

Monitor emerging social media trends, viral content, and potential platform risks within Spanish-speaking communities, and flag relevant patterns proactively.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Trust & Safety, Quality Assurance, and Policy specialists, to uphold the highest content standards.

Participate in ongoing training sessions and calibration meetings to stay aligned with evolving social media platform policies and moderation best practices.

Contribute constructive feedback on content policy gaps and moderation workflows to help
