This is a key position within our business and at the centre of our day-to-day operations. You will work closely with the Managing Partner and our sales agents, ensuring that property listings, client information, transactions, internal systems and office administration are managed accurately and efficiently.
To succeed in this role, you should be someone who takes ownership, works independently, anticipates what needs to be done and is comfortable managing several priorities at the same time.
Previous professional experience with Inmobalia and Resales Online is essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day administration and operations of the Marbella office




- Supporting the Managing Partner and sales agents with administrative and operational matters
- Managing property listings through Inmobalia and Resales Online
- Uploading new properties and ensuring all property information, photographs, descriptions, documentation and pricing are accurate and up to date
- Managing and updating listings across property portals and internal systems
- Maintaining accurate client, property and contact information within our CRM
- Handling incoming enquiries and coordinating the distribution and follow-up of leads
- Supporting agents throughout the sales process, including preparation and organisation of property and transaction documentation
- Coordinating new agent onboarding, system access and internal processes
- Liaising professionally with property owners, buyers, agents, lawyers, suppliers and other external partners
- Supporting invoicing, commission administration and coordination with accounting
