We are currently partnering with a integral leading General Contractor to recruit a Senior Project Manager to lead a large-scale Data Centre development in Barcelona, covering the full project lifecycle from structural works through to MEP completion and handover.
About the Project
Our client is delivering a major data centre development with a sequenced build approach — structural works (CSA) first, followed by MEP installation across two subsequent stages. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a mission-critical project from the ground up, working with a market-leading contractor at the forefront of the data centre sector.
The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, managing a 10-person project team and overseeing all key disciplines including:
Planning and scheduling
Cost management
Document control
Procurement
Feasibility studies
You will be the driving force behind the project's execution — ensuring it's delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating closely with client stakeholders, design teams, and subcontractors.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience delivering data centre projects
Background in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
10+ years' overall industry experience
Experience specifically within the data centre sector
Fluent in both Spanish and English
