We’re looking for a Partner Sales Manager – Salesforce to join our team

In this role, you will combine a strong new-business development focus with partner-centric growth strategies. While your primary responsibility is driving net-new revenue through new logo acquisition, you will also cultivate strategic relationships within EPAM’s Salesforce partner ecosystem to co-create routes to market and accelerate joint success. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for collaboration and the ability to position EPAM as the preferred partner for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Drive new logo acquisition and net-new revenue growth across Spain and Portugal
Build and maintain strategic relationships within the Salesforce ecosystem to unlock joint opportunities
Co-develop partner go-to-market plans and solutions to address emerging client needs
Identify and convert whitespace opportunities in existing or underdeveloped accounts
Engage senior stakeholders (C-suite, VP-level)



at both client and partner organisations to influence buying decisions
Navigate and coordinate multi-party relationships to accelerate deal cycles
Lead the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting through closing, leveraging partner engagement for market access
Execute outbound activities including joint marketing campaigns with Salesforce to expand pipeline
Position EPAM’s value through Salesforce-aligned, transformation-led proposals
Ensure accurate pipeline governance, forecasting and reporting

Requirements

5–8 years of experience in IT sales or business development with a strong record of new business acquisition
Proven ability to leverage partner ecosystems for opportunity generation and revenue growth
Strong understanding of Salesforce products and the broader CRM, cloud and enterprise platform landscape
Experience selling complex, multi-service or transformation-led solutions
Established relationships within the Spain and Portugal market and
