Technology Manager

to play a key role in the evolution of its manufacturing operations.

Position Summary
Reporting to the

Operations Director , the Technology Manager will be responsible for leading the manufacturing technology strategy and its implementation across the company's production facilities.

The role leads the

Maintenance and Engineering teams , with a strong focus on equipment reliability, continuous process improvement, automation and the successful execution of industrial projects.

A key part of the position will be improving production efficiency, equipment performance and digital integration across

punching, bending, forming and assembly processes .





We are looking for an experienced industrial professional who combines

technical expertise, leadership capabilities and a hands-on approach , and who is comfortable working within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the company's

manufacturing technology roadmap , aligned with business and operational objectives.

Lead and develop the

Maintenance and Engineering teams .

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across punching, bending, forming and assembly processes.

Identify, evaluate and implement new

manufacturing technologies and automation solutions .

Oversee industrial engineering activities, including process optimization, cycle-time reduction and

OEE improvement .

Manage

CAPEX projects

related to new equipment, machinery upgrades, automation and digital manufacturing tools.

Drive

Industry 4.0 initiatives , including data collection, traceability, MES integration and predictive maintenance.
