Scrum Master (Permanent, currently fully remote, €70,000 - €80,000)

I'm looking for a Superstar Scrum Master/Agile Coach to join my client's team They are Barcelona based and for the next few months, this role is fully remote.

They are a leading software provider for the online gaming world, and they design, develop, illustrate and animate the industry's most trailblazing technology.

I'm looking for an individual to join their Trading team and have the ambition to make a real impact within the company This is a great opportunity for someone looking to make the next step in their career.

The role is permanent, for now, it is fully remote (when a return to office is in place, it is still an extremely flexible hybrid model) and comes with a salary of €70,000 - €80,000)
What you need to succeed:
- Experience of working within an Agile Scrum environment, in a Scrum Master role




- An advocate of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, TDD, DDD)
- Understand the fundamentals of software development
- Scrum Master certification
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, team dynamics and conflict resolution
- Can differentiate between Agile methodologies and Agile frameworks
- Experience working with development teams in alternative methodologies (Lean, Kanban, XP etc.)

They are doing a 2-stage interview process.

As a reminder, the role is permanent, for now, it is fully remote (for now, with a versátil hybrid model when a return to office is in place) and comes with a salary of €70,000 - €80,000)
