Customer Service Representative

Argentona, Spain

This position has the mission to lead the comprehensive management of customer service, acting as the functional reference for the area and ensuring a high level of service within a multinational industrial environment. The role has a strong strategic component in cross-functional coordination, advanced operational management, and the continuous improvement of Customer Service and Commercial Back Office processes.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive and advanced management of national and international customer orders, from receipt through final delivery
- Entry, validation, and optimization of orders and commercial terms in the ERP system
- Confirmation and negotiation of delivery terms with customers (dates, quantities, priorities, and alternative solutions)
- Expert support to strategic customers and resolution of high-impact incidents Prepare and manage export and customs documentation in compliance with regulations
- Proactive monitoring of deliveries,



anticipating risks and proposing action plans Supervision and validation of customer invoicing
- Functional coordination with Logistics, Production, and Sales to optimize service levels

Education & Experience:
- Education: Business Administration, Professional education (Advanced Technical Certificate) or equivalent qualification in an industrial environment.
