About the Role:What You'll Do:Full end to end recruiting: sourcing, managing the interview process, prescreening, and extending offers




- Building a good relationship with hiring managers to discuss needs and determine applicant requirements to deliver quality talent
- Gain an understanding of the business and work closely with cross functional team ie. Human Resources, Finance, Operations
- Build and leverage applicant channels (e.g., social media, internet sites, LinkedIn, Job boards)
- Understand and comply with all hiring policies, legislation, and guidelines
- This role will be remote but expected to be in our Barcelona office 1-2 days a week to have regular contact with stakeholders.
What You'll Need:5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in an agency or SaaS corporation. Previous experience supporting Sales roles such as Inside Sales, Regional Sales Managers, SEs, and other GTM business units is essential.
- Strong sourcing experience, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and building Boolean Search strings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
