Key Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance on

Java development , ensuring stability, performance, and alignment with business requirements.

Lead and support functional initiatives across

Banking domains , including:

Alternatively, contribute to transformation and operational excellence projects within the

Insurance

sector.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end processes.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring successful delivery of industry solutions.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience working with

Java

(technical background required).





Strong functional understanding of at least one of the following areas:

Ability to work in complex environments and manage multiple stakeholders.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
