Position:

We are looking for a lawyer to join our HQ legal team based in Madrid and report directly to the Head of Legal. Working closely with all the departments within the company, you will provide legal advice globally.

Your role will be:
- Review, draft and negotiate all types of commercial agreements
- Liaise with external advisors
- Contribute to the development and update of legal/contract database
- Provide timely and effective legal advice, related to the day-to-day business activities of the company
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws

Profile:
What is important for the role:
- At least 5 years of experience in an international environment (as an in-house lawyer or in an international law firm)
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to give accurate and practical legal information and advice
- Excellent ability to speak, write and negotiate in Spanish, English,



and ideally also in French
- The ability to learn quickly and show initiative
- Travelling abroad may be required
