Job Responsibilities:
1. Facility Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple logistics warehouses, ensuring compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Collaborate with warehouse managers to ensure the efficient use of space, labor, and equipment, optimizing overall warehouse productivity.

2. Contract Management:
Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for various facility-related services, including security, cleaning, maintenance, and equipment.

Evaluate contract terms regularly to identify opportunities for cost savings and service improvements.

3. Procurement and Inventory Management:
Coordinate the procurement of consumables, supplies, and equipment necessary for warehouse operations and maintain appropriate inventory levels to support operational needs while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs.

4. Health and Safety Compliance:
Work closely with the Health and Safety team to implement and maintain safety protocols,



ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.

5. Budgeting and Cost Control:
Prepare and manage budgets for facility-related expenses, tracking and controlling costs effectively.

Identify areas of potential cost savings without compromising safety or operational standards.

6. Facility Maintenance and Repairs:
Plan and oversee routine maintenance and repairs of the warehouses and their infrastructure.

Coordinate with maintenance teams and external contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.

7. Environmental Sustainability:
Develop and implement initiatives to promote environmental sustainability within the facilities.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field. (Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus)
