We are looking for an Editor-in-Chief who is first and foremost a builder.

Someone who understands that modern media is about speed, instinct, consistency and distribution. We operate with an ambulance model: being first, capturing attention, and turning that into reach and impact.

This is not a traditional editorial role. This is a build-and-scale role with full ownership.What You'll Do
- Build and lead the editorial operation of TPO
- Drive a high-tempo news cycle across formats
- Create, source and publish content continuously
- Oversee articles, columns and video output
- Develop formats that increase reach and engagement
- Build momentum,
