Your responsibilities will include
- Presenting, recommending, and serving wines to guests according to the highest standards of fine dining.
- Curating wine pairings that complement the tasting menus and seasonal offerings.
- Managing the wine cellar inventory, storage, and rotation with precision.
- Maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and presentation of the wine cellar, service stations, and all wine-related areas.
- Conducting wine tastings, training, and guidance for staff to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Keeping up-to-date with wine trends, new vintages, and industry developments.
