Job Summary

The IT Project Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of strategic IT projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality and governance standards.

The role applies Group IT project management methodologies, provides proactive leadership, manages stakeholders and vendors, mitigates risks, and drives successful outcomes across cross-functional initiatives.

Main duties & Responsibilities- Lead and deliver assigned programs and projects within approved time, cost, and quality constraints, ensuring effective performance management of internal teams and external suppliers.- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, budgets, forecasts, schedules, resource plans, risks, issues, and change controls, enabling effective governance and reporting to stakeholders and steering committees.-




- Manage interdependencies across project and program workstreams to ensure integrated and aligned delivery.- Partner with senior business stakeholders to capture requirements, align expectations, and secure commitment to project objectives.- Drive robust risk and issue management processes, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation where required.- Build, lead, and motivate cross-functional project teams to maximize performance and successful outcomes.- Own and execute project and program improvement or remediation plans where required.- Implement effective communication strategies to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparency across governance forums.- Ensure compliance with enterprise-wide IT portfolio, program, and project management methodologies, tools, governance standards, and metrics.- Coordinate with Group IT functions to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, operating models, and overall IT strategy; provide guidance on IT-
