Your Tasks:
As a S&CM; Trainee within the Eucerin team, you will support the development and execution of strategies focused on the shopper, the customer, and in-store activation within the pharmacy channel. You will contribute to strengthening brand visibility and ensuring excellent execution across physical and digital points of sale, helping Eucerin deliver a superior shopper experience.

Key responsibilities:
- In‑Store Execution- supporting POS material creation, campaign tracking, and adaptation of global visibility guidelines to the local market.
- Shopper Marketing- conducting competitive benchmarking, monitoring dermocosmetic trends, and preparing presentations and sales materials.
- Project Coordination & Internal Collaboration- coordinating with agencies and internal teams while producing performance reports and handling departmental administrative tasks.

Your Profile:
This role is idóneo for someone passionate about marketing, trade marketing, and the dermocosmetic/pharmacy sector,



eager to learn by working closely with Marketing, Sales, and external agency partners.

Must have skills:
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong interest in dermocosmetics, beauty, healthcare, and the pharmacy retail environment.
- Analytical skills (knowledge of excel and business data programs will be highly valued).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
- Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationship with colleagues & suppliers.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- You are in your final year of a bachelor's or master's degree, and you are available to sign an internship agreement with your university for a full-time (35-40 hrs/week), minimum 6-month contract.
- You are eager to learn in a multinational company like Beiersdorf.
