THE OPPORTUNITY:




We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager IIto support operational excellence across our agile product development organization as we continue to scale as the premier customer insights partner for enterprises. Our solutions empower businesses to understand their customers’ perspectives—so they can make smarter decisions and drive real business results. Strong coordination, clear priorities, and effective delivery practices are essential to that success.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with product and technical leaders and cross-functional delivery teams to plan, coordinate, and deliver complex initiatives that enhance operational efficiency. You will support initiatives spanning multiple agile teams within a defined area of the organization. You will empower teams by helping them navigate dependencies, improve visibility, and strengthen how work gets planned and delivered—supported by effective tooling, meaningful metrics, and clear communication.
