The Internship: Step into the dynamic world of Quintas Energy and embark on a transformative journey that fuses legal analysis, excellence, and hands-on experience. As a legal intern, you will be immersed in a unique opportunity to analyze the compliance of solar installations, ensuring adherence to permits, licenses, finance agreements, and all project contracts.

What You'll Learn: During this immersive internship, you will:
Legal Compliance Analysis:



Master the art of analyzing the compliance of solar installations with their obligations, including those arising from permits, licenses, finance agreements, and all project contracts.

Contract Study and Control: Study all project contracts, including operation & maintenance, EPC contracts, leases, and security contracts. Control Quintas Energy’s client interface systems, setting up all information and compliance dates.

Legal Action Follow-up: Follow up on all legal actions, taking appropriate measures to satisfactorily close them with detailed reporting.

Formal Notice Issuance: Issue prompt formal notices when necessary to contractors and related parties regarding actions and/or breaches in their obligations and duties.

Legal Support: Provide legal support to the technical and finance teams of Quintas Energy.

Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and completeness of all data issued t
