As the Station Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the Station Managerwith operational tasks,



ensuring the station runs efficiently, and that all staff are performing to the highest standards. You’ll help coordinate the vehicle fleet, manage staff performance, and ensure customer satisfaction, contributing to the overall success of the station.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management:
- Assist the Station Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Help manage the availability, maintenance, and condition of the vehicle fleet.
- Support the coordination of vehicle rentals, returns, and cleaning schedules for maximum efficiency.

2. Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting staff in handling complaints.
- Help train and guide staff to deliver excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
