Overview:
The Director of IT Salesforce & CRM Solutions is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise CRM strategy, with Salesforce as the core platform. This role leads the architecture, development, integration, and optimization of CRM solutions that support sales, marketing, customer service,



and other customer-facing functions. The Director partners closely with business leaders to ensure CRM capabilities drive measurable business outcomes, scalability, and exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities
- Define and own the enterprise CRM vision, roadmap, and governance model.
- Serve as the executive-level owner of the Salesforce platform and related CRM technologies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of CRM product managers, administrators, developers, and analysts.
- Establish best practices for platform management, DevOps, security, and data governance.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Service, and Operations leaders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable CRM solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on CRM capabilities, innovations, and process improvements.
