Norwegian Speaking Customer Support Job in Greece

JOB TITLE: Customer Support
LOCATION: Athens, Greece
WORKPLACE: Remote within Greece and Company Office
INDUSTRY: BPO/Call Centre
LANGUAGE: Fluent Norwegian, B2 English
SALARY: 1029€ -1100€
RELOCATION: Provided

Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer queries for various issues related to products or services.
- Provide information about products and services to the customers over the phone.
- Escalation and rerouting of the issues to other departments if required to do so.
- Provide technical/non-technical phone support to customers.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Norwegian and B2 or medium level of English Language
- Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting technical issues will be an advantage.
- Excellent level of computer and internet using skills with MS Office
- Should have the adaptability to a fast-paced work environment in the company.
